Kristina joined Xylem in October 2021 as part of the Corporate Strategy team. She was responsible for M&A strategy, strategic planning, as well as market and competitive intelligence. Currently, Kristina is on a temporary secondment supporting the Investor Relations team and Matthew Pine as Chief of Staff. Kristina has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Russian Language & Culture from Columbia University, as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
