Natalie joined the company in 2013 and currently works as Associate General Counsel on the legal team. The best part of her job is the opportunity to engage with employee resource groups to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion to help make Xylem a great place to bring your authentic self to work. Like many women, she is exhausted as she also serves as CEO of her household. She occasionally slowly runs half marathons and is eager to again travel to cool places with her husband and two young kids.
